Chris Atkinson

Chris Atkinson is a passionate educational leader who currently serves as assistant principal of College Wood Elementary in one of the leading school districts in Indiana: Carmel Clay Schools. Chris is a long time elementary teacher and technology coordinator, Google Certified Teacher, STAR Discovery Educator, blogger, podcaster, HECC board member, and presenter. Chris has presented at several venues; most notably ISTE, ICE, and HECC. Chris speaks on a variety of topics including: Google Apps in Education, Web 2.0 Tools For The Classroom, Social Networking for Educators, Educational Leadership for the 21st Century, and much more. His presentations are research based and are focused on best practices that bring education forward.
