Web of Trust is a browser extension that helps you in keeping safe and malware free on the internet.

Color codes in search results show when a site might be a bad site.

How do you see it being used by an educator or student?
Although Google does have some warnings for when a site might be dangerous, it’s not perfect. Adding Web of Trust is just another layer of protection. Educators doing innocent searches for things such as worksheets or lesson plans often get infected because their search leads them to site that has malware on it. WOT is also great for home use.
