Are Read Receipts available in the Education version of Google Apps? The help document located at http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/answer.py?answer=1383374 says that “Business” and “Government” are supported editions, and I cannot find a “Read Receipts” section in our control panel.

I just checked my Education domain and it is there underneath Settings -> Email -> General -> Email Read Receipts.

“What Google Labs tool should Google save?” Google Sribe IS a great tool for all students, particulary..I mean…partuculary,…I mean…particularly reluctant writers. I hope it doesn’t disappear. I am a Google-newbie, but am anxious to see how GooglePlus might be utilized with professional learning communities or teams, within a school or district. I would love an invite, so I can try it out before school starts. Thanks for the great Google EduCasts!
